Naked Bird Wows Crowd At Broward Humane Society

Have you ever seen a naked bird? Oscar the Cockatoo, the unofficial mascot of the Broward County Humane Society, is a big favorite at the shelter because the bird is literally naked. She doesn't have any feathers.

Oscar the Cockatoo was brought to the Broward County Humane Society more than 10 years ago. This picture of Oscar was taken two years ago when she had a few more feathers on her head.
