Naked Bird Wows Crowd At Broward Humane Society

Have you ever seen a naked bird? Oscar the Cockatoo, the unofficial mascot of the Broward County Humane Society, is a big favorite at the shelter because the bird is literally naked. She doesn't have any feathers.

When she was dropped off by the Wildcare Care Center, they told the humane society she suffered from "beak and feather disease" and would probably only live another 6 months.
