Residents of Santa Cruz del Sur, Cuba were allowed back into their town on Sunday to survey the damage left by Hurricane Paloma. The storm roared ashore as a Category 4 hurricane on Saturday packing 145 mph winds and a storm surge which reached more than a mile inland.
