Behind The Scenes: SOBE Wine & Food Fest

More than 18,000 people are expected attend this year's South Beach Wine & Food Festival on Miami Beach. The star-studded four-day event that showcases the talents of the world's most renowned wine and spirit producers, chefs and culinary personalities.  The event kicks off Thursday evening with the Burger Bash on the beach hosted by TV's Rachael Ray.

Ingrid Hoffman is host of "Simply Delicioso" on the Food Network and host of the Spanish language cooking show "Delicioso". She has also authored two cookbooks, one in English and the other in Spanish.
