THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS Gloria prepares for her first day at the boutique. In the main house, Jack
and Sharon remember the events of the night and Jack promises again to get
Gloria out of the mansion. Jack and Sharon formulate a plan to get Alistair
out of town. Later, Alistair informs Jack and Sharon that he was offered a
part in a play and he is leaving town today. John explains to Jack that two
wrongs don't make a right and reminds Jack that he is always watching.
Alistair stops by the boutique to say good-bye to Gloria. When a customer is
rude to Gloria, Alistair comes to her rescue and Sharon's compassion for
Gloria grows. As Lauren is showing Victor and Sabrina the materials for
Sabrina's wedding gown, Victoria arrives. Moments later, Gloria arrives for
her first day and embarrasses herself with Victor and Sabrina. Gloria has a
run in with a customer who is a lot like the old Gloria. Later, Lauren
comes to Gloria's aid when Brad gives her a hard time at the boutique.
Although Nikki affirms to David that she trusts and loves him, it is clear that
his past is unnerving her. Later, Brad attempts to manipulate both Nikki
and David. Paul stops by Jabot to have lunch with Heather and runs into
David. Paul informs him that he spoke to Nikki and is dropping the
investigation. Later, Nikki holds back her own worries about David when she
sees how hurt Victoria is. Victoria worries that she is being unreasonable.
David makes plans to pawn the watch Nikki gave him as a wedding gift.
Later, Nikki notices David's watch is missing but he covers like a pro.
After a conversation with Victoria, J.T. decides to back off Paul's
investigation of David. Meanwhile, Nikki and David run into Victor and
Sabrina at the club. Sabrina is shocked by Victor's harsh and callous words
for Nikki. Unknowing, Paul invites Adam to join him and Heather for
lunch.

and pray for a miracle.
AS THE WORLD TURNS
Lily invites Noah to a family dinner at the farm in honor of Faith and
Natalie's last night before summer camp. Noah is reluctant but Lily insists.
When they show up, Luke takes it as a good sign until he realizes Noah
hasn't changed his mind about them. The dinner is tense and Luke goes after
Noah when he leaves. He relays he thinks they can get back on track if they move
back into the cottage together but Noah shocks Luke when he says he is
moving back into the dorms. Meanwhile, Holden chastises Lily for interfering
with Luke and Noah's problems.
Emily and Casey bring Daniel back from New York. Tom reveals to them all that
Alison is suing Chris and that it might be a good idea for Emily to keep her
distance. Emily takes off and Casey is forced to sit down to a tense family
dinner. Casey refuses to let the lawsuit dictate who he can and cannot hang
out with and storms off leaving Tom and Margo concerned. Casey then shows up
at Emily's office and opens up, revealing he wants them to be together.
Emily finally admits she wants Casey too and they promise each other to keep
their relationship a secret, for Daniel's sake. They start to make love with
new and deeper emotion.
Tom meets with Chris and Bob, trying to find a way to keep Alison's case from
going to court. Kim gets involved and appeals to Susan for help, stressing
that if that case goes to court, the hospital's reputation will be ruined.
When Susan tries to intercede with Alison, Alison cowers, unsure of what to
do. When Emily gets word, she insists Alison pull out the big guns but Alison
knows Emily has her own ax to grind with the Hughes' and declares she will
make the decision herself on whether or not to move forward. Later, Aaron
tells Alison to listen to herself and Alison is grateful for Aaron's
support. Kim tells Chris to prepare for the worst.
GUIDING LIGHT
Remy wonders if Bill knows how lucky he is to have Ava. Billy tries to tell
Bill they're on the same side, but Bill doesn't think so and promises to be
there for his kid-no matter what. Later, Bill tells Remy to stop spending
time with Ava. Ava and Bill learn she's having a boy and tell Remy and
Billy, respectively. Bill asks Dinah to move his new family into the Spaulding
house.
Dinah runs into Mallet and privately wonders how she's supposed to get over
him if he's always around. Mallet spots Dinah cozying up to a man at the
park and pulls Dinah away from him. Mallet tells Dinah the man she was with
had been in jail for beating his wife. Mallet is angry and disappointed when
the boy he had the lead on isn't Rafe.
Lizzie tells Alan that anyone who crosses their path will be sorry. Lizzie
tells Mallet the Spaulding's are going to show Bill and Dinah what they're
made of. Billy and Lizzie look to each other as the answer to saving Bill.
Alan shows off his pancake making skills-then cuts open a strawberry and
pulls out a pearl to give to Beth. Bill tells Lizzie he's having a son-and that
he's moving into her old house. Angry Lizzie tells Bill not to get too
comfortable. Bill tells Ava they are moving into the Spaulding house and
going to be a real family.
