NEW YORK (CBS) ― Here are the daily soap opera summaries for "The Young and the Restless," "The Bold and the Beautiful," "As The World Turns," and "Guiding Light."

THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS

Adam informs Victor that sales for Restless Style weren't very good, just as Victor expected. Meanwhile, Jack and Nick have different ideas on the direction of the magazine. Jana and Kevin stop by Restless Style to meet Katy Perry.

Amber gives Jana a sketch of the wedding dress she designed for her. Meanwhile, Nick and Jack disagree on the photo shoot. Katy Perry arrives at Restless Style. Nick and Phyllis aren't thrilled when Amber, Kevin and Jana impose themselves on her. Moments later, Jack puts his foot down when he feels that Nick is taking over the photo shoot. While the partners of the magazine fight over how to do the cover, Katy asks Amber to show her, her designs. Amber is thrilled. Nick, Sharon, Jack and Phyllis thank Katy for doing the cover.

Once she is gone, Jack gets a call from an advertiser saying that he isn't interested in a younger, hipper Restless Style. Jack and Nick end up in a shouting match. Victor sees that Adam has grown from his mistake and decides to reward him. Victor informs Adam that he can take over Beauty of Nature and change whatever he feels necessary. Adam and Sabrina discuss all the different sides of Victor. Adam admits to Sabrina that she brings out the good in him.

Gloria stops a woman she thinks is stealing only to learn she is a supplier. Gloria feels like she can't do anything right. Jill passes by with Kay and sees Gloria. She calls Jeff to join her at the boutique. Jeff and Jill rub Gloria's misfortune in her face while she tries to remain strong. While Jill is trying on a dress she and Jeff put on a show for Gloria. They finally push Gloria too far and she spills a drink on an expensive dress Jill has tried on. Lauren demands that she pay for it, all $2,000 worth.

Jeff confronts Gloria about sleeping with Alistair. Lauren calls Kevin for help with Gloria at the boutique. Meanwhile, Jeff gives Jill a silk scarf to apologize for Gloria's earlier behavior. Jeff's anger towards Gloria pushes him into Jill's arms and each seduces the other. Kevin explains to Gloria that he is proud that she is working and not scheming.


THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL 

Ridge calls another private company meeting where he announces to everyone that sales are down due to negative press from Eric marrying Donna. Not knowing there's a meeting, Marcus inadvertently interrupts and ends up meeting the Forrester family. Afterwards, all are in agreement that Donna should not be a part of the company. Katie's test results are not showing any signs of improvement. Brooke, Donna and Nick each take some private time with Katie to give their goodbyes. Bridget is an emotional wreck as she apologizes profusely to Katie for not being able to save her. Later, while everyone awaits Katie's final breath, Bridget enters with Katie's latest test results.


AS THE WORLD TURNS 

Jack arrives to stay with sick JJ while Carly prepares to take Sage to summer camp. Jack offers to take her but Sage insists that mommy must go. Carly goes to Lily's to suggest an all-girl road trip but Holden gives her the news that Lily has a business meeting she can't get out of. Holden and Carly end up driving the kids up together. Upon arrival, they are ushered into a cozy cabin for two, as they are staying for parents weekend. Later, they get caught sneaking beers into the cabin and a nice moment is interrupted when Lily calls. Guilty, Holden and Carly call it a night and climb into their bunk beds, both unable to sleep.

Katie comes home from a business trip, shocked to find a half-naked Janet living in her house. Brad tries to explain but Katie is further infuriated when she discovers Janet took her place on Oakdale Now. After Janet leaves, Katie demands that Brad draw the line with Janet or else. Meanwhile, Janet runs into Jack and hears that JJ is sick. She tries unsuccessfully to get info out of Jack about Katie and then gets a call from Brad. He meets her and tells her on no uncertain terms that she can't live with them anymore. Janet then goes to Jack's with a homemade pot of chicken soup for JJ and Jack is touched.

Bob asks Alison what it would take for her to drop the charges against Chris and the hospital. Alison responds that she wants back in the nursing program and Chris to be fired for what he did to her. Bob goes to Chris and promises not to fire him but tells him to choose; stay and fight and accept the consequences or leave and avoid damages to his career. Upset, Chris corners Alison and locks her in a room to give her a piece of his mind. Alison threatens to scream and he releases her right in front of an appalled Susan. Alison vows revenge.


GUIDING LIGHT

Bill tells worried Ava that Olivia can move in with them. Ava tells Olivia she's moving into the Spaulding house with Bill, but Olivia isn't sure she wants to move into Spaulding. Olivia shows up for the party saying she'll give the move a practice run tonight.

Lizzie hides her surprise when she hears Bill and Dinah are throwing a party at the Spaulding house. Dinah tells Lizzie she can read about the party in the paper. Dinah doesn't think the house is big enough for her and Olivia, but welcomes her. Bill gets frustrated at the lack of guests at the party. Bill and Ava share an uncomfortable moment as she tells Bill what she fantasized living in this house would be like-being married with a child.

Lizzie vents about Bill throwing a party at her old house. Remy shuts her up and orders a couple of shots at Towers. Lizzie makes a drunken entrance to Bill's party, but he steers Lizzie out. Remy tells Ava that she and the baby deserve better than the Spaulding house. Lizzie tells Bill it's sad he doesn't have his own dream. Later, Bill announces to everyone that he and Ava are getting married.

Marina calls Mallet out on being scared about telling the Coopers they are together. Mallet tells Frank he's here for the poker game-as Marina's guest. Mallet tells Frank and Buzz he'll walk away from Marina if they ask. Marina kisses Mallet then sends him inside, and Buzz and Frank seem okay with their romance. Mallet tells Marina he really wants things to work.
