THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS

Nick and Phyllis are feeling confident as their first solo edition of Restless
Style is about to hit newsstands. Meanwhile, Jack reads the Editor's letter. At the G.C.A.C., Brad and Sharon discuss the article in Restless Style and Sharon admits she is relieved to be down with it all. Meanwhile, Phyllis promises Nick and Nikki there will be no more surprises in future issues. As Nikki and Victoria are discussing business at Newman Enterprises and the magazine, they both worry about the state that Victor is in. Later, Brad and Nikki get into a dueling match on who is more responsible for David's actions. Heather finds the morgue photo of Walter on Adam's computer and informs him that the man was Tony Amato, aka Walter Palin, the man that killed Sabrina. Adam explains to her that he was on the boat with Victor in Mexico when it went down. Later, Heather
informs Brad that without Walter or David to back up his story, Brad may be going to prison. Jack tries to manipulate Adam into giving the diary to Robert Drake to publish the expose on Victor. Adam, however, turns him down. At Newman Enterprises, Adam goes to talk to Neil about his inability to find a new job. Adam hears that clients are nervous that Victor is gone. Adam goes through the roof when Neil says they should bring Nick back to Newman, not Adam. Victoria and Neil ask Nick to return to Newman Enterprises, part-time. Meanwhile, Adam makes a plea to Nikki to help him with Victoria. When she refuses he brings up what happened in Mexico. Nikki's words cuts Adam when she brings up Hope and she
has finally pushes him too far. Later, Nick tells Nikki and Phyllis he accepted the position at Newman Enterprises.

AS THE WORLD TURNS

Dusty and Paul are both invited to the reading of James's will. They go, along with Meg and Emily, although Dusty has no interest. James, on videotape, announces that he knew he was going to die and so he pit Paul and Dusty against each other to determine the succession of the Stenbeck line. And Dusty won. Dusty gets all the money. Paul goes nuts and Meg takes him home, where she discovers that Paul had incurred huge debts that will cost them everything they own. Meg thinks Paul is too disturbed to broach this with him, so she goes to Dusty. Meanwhile Dusty is with Emily admitting he could use the money to finance the search for Johnny. When Meg shows up, she asks Dusty for financial help and he agrees. Emily questions the wisdom of this but Dusty says Meg needs protection from Paul.

Lucinda shows up at Lily's on an impromptu visit, hoping to take the girls to tea but a still angry Lily won't allow it. Holden questions Lily's motives while Lucinda asks Luke to intercede with Lily. Luke tries and fails and Lily tells Lucinda she wants nothing to do with her, that in order to grow up, she has to expel Lucinda because of her controlling and devious behavior. Holden supports Lily's decision but thinks she's taking a hard line. He tells Lily to ask herself whether she's doing this because she's mad at her mother for being controlling, or because she kept her away from Dusty. Brian comforts Lucinda even while calling her on her controlling behavior.

Luke and Noah plan to display their brochures for the foundation at a gay film festival that Noah is curating at school, but Brian objects. He and Luke argue about this but Luke tells Noah he's doing it anyway.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL

Stephanie becomes troubled when she learns that Eric and Donna had another meeting behind her back. Marcus has a heart-to-heart conversation with Eric as another attempt to assist Donna in getting her husband back. In an awkward moment, Taylor is forced to reveal to a less-than-thrilled audience that she and Rick are to be married next week. Eric is taken aback by Donna's reaction to his willingness to reconcile.

GUIDING LIGHT

At the Police Station, Mallet tries to convince a still upset Marina to go to the house again. Marina caves and walks into Harley's house by herself. Marina can't believe the Boudreaus have started moving in. Meanwhile, at Company, Daisy can't believe that Mallet bought Harley's house for Marina without telling Marina. Mallet wants Daisy to move in with them. Marina looks around the house and the stuff that's already there. It slowly dawns on her that the stuff is hers. Mallet confirms that he got the house for them. Mallet tells Marina that he thinks they belong there and has asked Daisy to move in, too. Mallet tells Marina that they'll still take things slow and enjoy what they have together. Marina starts to think it might actually work.

Dinah asks Ashlee to work on a news story showing that the Spaulding/Lewis alliance with Galaxy will be a failure before the presentation begins. Meanwhile, at the Spaulding mansion, Bill and Lizzie
discuss the upcoming presentation. Bill tells Alan that he's the one that got the deal with Decker. Alan counters that the world will see that Lizzie is the true leader of the company. Billy enters with his bags, ready to move in. Lizzie pulls Bill aside and tells him it's not going to work. Lizzie grabs his phone when Decker calls to confirm the presentation.

Meanwhile, Dinah is unhappy when she sees a favorable headline about Bill and Lizzie. She reminds Grady he's had one job to do-keep Lizzie away from Bill. Grady is proud of his new plan to go after Vanessa. Dinah is appalled-it's her mother. She tells him to keep his focus on Lizzie, not Vanessa. Bill and Lizzie walk through their presentation. Lizzie realizes the back and forth dynamic between them is what works for them. Bill pulls her into a kiss. Lizzie wants to know what it meant but Bill says they just got caught up in the moment. Alan watches from above, unhappy.

Meanwhile, Billy hints that he still has feelings for Vanessa but she
lightheartedly tells him not to get any ideas. Grady arrives while Bill and Lizzie continue to rehearse and he shows Bill the newspaper article praising Lizzie. Bill leaves, annoyed. Grady tells Lizzie that Bill doesn't seem to like sharing the spotlight. From the loft, Alan nods to Grady. Bill then witnesses Billy kissing Vanessa. Vanessa breaks the kiss, laughs, and heads to her room. Billy admits to Bill that he wishes he had another shot with her and wouldn't waste a second if he got one. Bill says he knows what he means.

Meanwhile, At WSPR, Dinah tells Ashlee that it's their responsibility to expose the truth about Bill and Lizzie. Ashlee still has hesitations. Ashlee then remembers that the power company called and threatened to shut off the power if they don't pay their bills. Dinah, frustrated, does everything she can to try to prevent the power from turning off.
