Bill Parcells was officially introduced as the Miami Dolphins Vice-President of football operations yesterday, and on Friday he watched the team practice.
The former two-time Super Bowl champion coach wants to bring the same winning philosophy to the Dolphins as he did in his previous stops.
Parcells said he will meet head coach Cam Cameron in the coming days. He has had a working relationship with other Dolphin management officials, and knows Cameron through mutual friends. The Dolphins will end the worst season in franchise history on Sunday when they host the Bengals.
The Dolphins hold the first pick in the 2008 NFL Draft and Parcells said that "he would consider anything" in regards to trading the pick.
"If you make a pick at that spot and your wrong it's a bad thing for quite a while and economically a bad thing for quite a while", Parcells said.
Parcells also went on to say he has no intention in coaching.
