Florida Gators Play Unranked Miami Hurricanes

The Hurricanes were 5-7 last season; Gators are favored by 22 ½ points

GAINESVILLE (CBS4) ― The fifth-ranked Florida Gators and the unranked Miami Hurricanes will play against the other on Saturday evening for the 54th time since 1938 and the first time since 2004.

The Hurricanes began 2008 with a 52-7 victory against Football Championship Subdivision opponent Charleston Southern.  In their opener, the Gators swamped Hawaii 56-10.

The game will be played at 8 p.m. at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville.
