Wine And Dine With Dan Marino

New Wine Label To Help Raise Funds For The Dan Marino Foundation

SOUTH MIAMI (CBS4) ―

Dolphins hall of fame quarterback Dan Marino is the holder of many NFL passing records and now his name and image will be part of a line of wines.  Marino teamed up with Charity Wines to come up with the "Vintage 13" line of wines.

Merlot, chardonnay, and cabernet sauvignon will all be part of the new concept.  On Monday, Publix, local wine shops, and Marino's chain of Fine Food & Spirits restaurants in Miami, St. Petersburgh, Orlando debuted the bottles at $13 each.

A portion of the sale of each wine, $1.25 to be exact, will go to the Dan Marino Foundation to help children with chronic illnesses and developmental disabilities.
