Rumor: Dolphins Inquiring About Bills QB

MIAMI (CBS4.com) ― A rumor circulating at the NFL Scouting Combine says that both the Miami Dolphins and the Kansas City Chiefs are inquiring about the availability of Buffalo Bill backup QB J.P. Losman, according to the website profootballtalk.com.

Losman asked to be traded after losing his starting job to former Stanford QB Trent Edwards. Losman, a former Tulane quarterback and first-round draft pick of the Bills is entering the final year of his rookie contract. He has informed the Bills he plans to leave Buffalo after his deal expires.

The question surrounding a potential move would be if getting something for Losman this year would outweigh the problems of bringing in a new backup QB, according to the same website.
