Extended Hours At Post Offices On Tax Day

MIAMI (CBS4) ― Wednesday marks the annual date that most Americans dread more than any other, Tax Day. If you're one of the many South Floridians who have waited until the last minute to file, the U.S. Post Office will help you meet the deadline on April 15. Many post offices will have extended hours on Wednesday, some open until midnight to help you get the all important postmark of April 15.

The following postal locations will have parking lot collections set up:
  • Fort Lauderdale Plant, 1900 West Oakland Park Blvd, Fort Lauderdale 33310
  • Miami GMF, 2200 NW 72 Avenue, Miami 33152
  • South Florida Plant, 16000 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines 33082
  • West Palm Beach Plant, 3200 Summit Blvd, West Palm Beach 33416
