Fins' Wife Katina Taylor Gets Fit And So Can You

Move over Celebrity Fit Club. Miami Dolphins defensive end Jason Taylor knows how to stay fit and in shape and so does his wife, Katina, who is revealing how she stays fit in order to help other women get in shape.
Katina Taylor may look familiar. She used to be a sports reporter at CBS4 but has since gone to have three children. Isaiah is 4, Mason is 3 and Zoe who is nearly 2.
Many women can vouch for the fact that losing weight after giving birth, especially three times, can be very difficult but Katina Taylor has found a way to do it and wants to share her fitness secrets.
Katina is a true workout buff. She trains three times a week with fitness guru Michelle Marie in a workout that doesn't require any weights.
That's because when Katina and Jason, joined her by her brother and fellow Dolphin player Zach Thomas and his wife, for a two week boating trip to the Exhumas, she needed help to come up with an exercise routine that she could do on a boat.
"Jason just loves to travel on the off-season and he loves to fish. So we were on this boat and I asked Michelle, my trainer, 'What am I going to do on a boat'?" She said "I have a thousand exercises."
Those exercises incorporated a lot of push ups, squats, dips, lateral lunges and core exercises.
While Michelle Marie keeps Katina in shape on the road, she also says you can get the same results without leaving your living room through her on-line training program.
"I'm able to train people that I don't even see. It's frustrating to me that there are so many women who want to get in shape and don't know how," said Marie.

"I don't have to see the person. I'll do an assessment on-line. I e-mail them certain forms to fill out and they also get a phone consultation."
Marie also has a book out that helps brides-to-be slim down fast.
As for Katina, she's down to 5 percent body fat.
