Crane Collapses At Southland Mall

A crane used to hoist some air conditioning units at Southland Mall tipped over this afternoon.

The mall, located at 20505 South Dixie Highway in Cutler Bay, has various retail stores in different stages of construction. The crane reportedly extended itself too far, causing it to tip over from the weight of the air conditioning equipment.

So far there are no reports of injuries.
