HOLLYWOOD, FL. (CBS4) ― Fans who won't be able to make it to the Super Bowl to watch Prince perform live and in person during the halftime show got a chance to see him in concert Wednesday night at the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood.

His purple majesty performed at the venue located in Hollywood's Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, as part of one of the many festivities leading up to the Super Bowl in South Florida.

But with tickets ranging in the triple digits only the most die hard of fans or those with big wallets were able to attend.

After the show there is an official after-party at the upscale Pangea Lounge, which is also located at the hotel. Cover charge for that event is $20 and Prince himself is expected to attend.
