Dave Barry And 'The Miami Herald' Hunt Are Back

MIAMI BEACH (CBS4) ― It's a South Florida favorite and it's finally here this weekend. The annual "Herald Hunt" kicks off Sunday on Miami Beach.

The zany event, billed as an "urban puzzle safari", sends thousands of participants on a unique search in which players attempt to solve a series of bizarre clues. Players follow a "roadmap" which is located in Sunday's edition of The Herald.

Dave Berry and Tom Schroder, two of the nation's top journalistic powerhouses, came up with clues that inevitably confound players, some of whom fly in from all over the country just for the occasion.
