4:20 Public Repose begins at church
SATURDAY, December 30th
9:00 Departure ceremony at St. Margaret's Church
9:40 Departure Ceremony at airport
10:00 Plane with casket departs airport
5:20 Plane arrives at Andrews Air Force Base
arrival ceremony, motorcade, stop at WWII memorial
6:30 Hearse and casket arrives at east steps, Capitol
The hearse will be carried up east steps
7:00 State Funeral will be conducted in the Rotunda
8:20 State funeral ends
The President will lie in state on the Lincoln Catafault
SUNDAY-MONDAY
Public viewing will be allowed Sunday, December 31st and Monday, January 1st
TUESDAY, January 2nd
8:30 The casket moves from Rotunda to near US Senate Chamber
9:15 Departure Ceremony at east Senate Capitol steps
10:00 Casket arrives at National Cathedral
10:30 Funeral Service Held
12:15 Leave cathedral for Andrews Air Force Base
Departs for Grand Rapids, Michigan
2:15 Arrival at Grand Rapids Airport
3:30 Arrival at Gerald Ford Presidential Museum
Arrival service and ceremony
Public repose and viewing
WEDNESDAY, January 3
1:00 Departure Ceremony for Grace Church, Grand Rapids
2:00 Funeral Service
At conclusion, the body will be taken to an area just north of the museum for Interment
THURSDAY, January 4th
Mrs. Ford and Children return to Rancho Mirage, California
