Teacher Charged With Getting A Student Pregnant

IMMOKALEE (CBS4) ― Authorities have arrested a Boyton Beach high school drama teacher they say had sex with two students and got one of the girls pregnant.

The U.S. Marshals Service found 27-year-old Andrew Foster at a Budget Inn in Immokalee Thursday afternoon. Authorities say he went into hiding last week.

Police say Foster began having a sexual relationship with one underage student in September 2006. Police say the girl became pregnant, and Foster took her to have an abortion. The relationship was revealed when the girl told her mother.

Investigators also say Foster e-mailed pornographic images of himself to the girls from his cell phone.
