Divorce Hearing Set For Hogan

CLEARWATER, Fla. (CBS4) ― Hulk Hogan's divorce proceedings have been set for late February according to a judge overseeing the case.

Estranged wife Linda Bollea and her lawyers will have to wait until the February 28th date to try to persuade Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge George Greer to freeze accounts controlled by her husband.

Greer denied the motion for an emergency injunction.

Her attorneys responded by fling another motion on Monday, contending that the hearing is too late.

The judge denied the second motion as well.

Terry Bollea famously known as wrestler Hulk Hogan and wife Linda Bollea have been married for 23 years.

Their VH1 reality hit "Hogan Knows Best" followed the couple's day-to-day life with son Nick and daughter Brooke.
