Cross-Dresser Causing Concern

Portland, ME (CBS4) ― A Maine man with a mustache has been causing havoc on Portland, Maine streets. The driver is pulling in front of female drivers and then jumping out of his vehicle wearing only women's underwear, a garter belt and black high-heel boots.

Since the spring of 2007, there have been six reports about the cross-dressing motorist. Cumberland County Sheriff Mark Dion said hat while the man's behavior may not be criminal in terms of dress, he is a target of concern because he is blocking traffic and targeting women.
